11/21/24 – On Monday, December 2nd all vehicles affected during phase #1 must be out of their original stall by 8am. You can move your vehicle to the temporarily assigned stall starting on December 1st.

12/02/24 – Monday, sunny day and work in the 5th floor for phase 1 started with gridding. All vehicles has moved from there before 8am  THANK YOU VERY MUCH and relocated temporally to other stalls.

12/03/24 – Tuesday, sunny day and gridding advanced further into the whole phase 1 area. More gridding is expect for Wednesday and pressure washing on Thursday.

12/04/24 – Wednesday, another sunny day and contractor is done with gridding. Tomorrow, pressure washing.

12/05/24 – Thursday, another sunny day and contractor did pressure washing.

12/05/24 – Friday, sunny and contractor finished with pressure washing cleaning.

12/06/24 – Saturday, sunny and floor preparation was done.

12/09/24 – Monday, sunny and sealing application has started.

12/10/24 – Tuesday, sunny in the morning and sealing application has advanced, mid-day rain stop work for the day.

12/11/24 – Wednesday, sunny and sealing application has further advanced.

NOTE: By next week we will be moving vehicles back from Phase 1 to their original stalls and we will have vehicles of phase 2 moving to temporarily stalls. All affected residents will be notified by email and or phone calls starting Friday and next week. 

12/12/24 – Thursday, sunny and sealing application has further advanced.

12/13/24 – Friday, sunny and contractor is applying final top coat today and tomorrow.

12/16/24 – Monday and sunny day. Contractor started with gridding on phase 02 areas.

NOTES:

1-This week we will be moving vehicles back from Phase 1 on Tuesday (After 6pm) to their original stalls and we will have vehicles of phase 2 moving to temporarily stalls this Sunday or before. All affected residents will be notified by email and or phone calls starting Friday and next week.

2-Elevator access in the 5th floor will be blocked starting this Wednesday. USe 4th and side fire stairs to get in and out access.

3-Access to a live camera will be available to help the half lane traffic situation on the upper 4th which should start on Monday, Jan. 6th. More details will be provided. 

12/17/24 – We are done with phase 1. Please those with temp stall, return to your original stall starting 5pm.

12/18/24 – Sunny and preparation for phase 2 took place.

12/19/24 – Sunny and preparation for phase 2 took place. Temporarily parking assignments has been issued for affected residents on phase 2. Relocation is schedule for Sunday – 22nd.

12/22/24 – Sunday, please affected units for phase 2, relocate your vehicles to the assigned temp stall today.

12/23/24 – Monday, all temporary relocations done. Thank you! Sunny, grinding took place.

12/24/24 – Tuesday, sunny, more grinding.

12/25/24 – Wednesday, no work.

12/26/24 – Thursday, sunny final day of grinding.

12/27/24 – Friday, sunny but day off. Work will resume on Monday.

12/30/24– Monday, sunny and works progress. Half lane two way traffic in effect partially in the 5th floor parking garage.

No work until January 6th –

1/06/25- Monday, partially sunny allowing preparation for first coat tomorrow.

1/07/25- Tuesday, rainy but sunny for few hours enough for first coat.

No work until January 13th – 

1/13/25- Monday, sunny, epoxy coats are being done.

1/14/25– Tuesday, sunny, epoxy coats are being done.

No work until January 20th –

1/20/25- Monday, cleaning is done in the upper 4th floor. Half lane Two Way traffic is in affect! Please caution, patience and also follow all provided instructions.

1/21/25- Tuesday, base coat applied. Half lane Two Way traffic is in affect! Please caution, patience and also follow all provided instructions.

1/22/25- Wednesday, rain no work.

1/23/25- Thursday, sunny, epoxy coat applied.

1/24/25- Friday, sunny and top coat applied.

1/25/25- Saturday, numbering and stripes is done!

1/26/25- Sunday, both lanes are open for now but half lane two way traffic will be back in place as soon weather gets better for work on Phase 3.

1/27/26 through 1/31/26 – Minor or no work due to weather.

Monday, Feb. 3rd through Friday, Feb. 7th – We started today (Monday, Feb. 3rd) and we plan to be done with the half lane two way traffic in the other side (Diamond Head) and a small section of the 5th floor by Friday, Feb, 7th (Weather permitting).

What’s after?

We will have to close traffic in the 5th floor for about 3 days from 8:30am to 4pm to do the middle section of the driveway. We will inform the dates.

Then, we will take a break for few months and we will be back by May, to do the porte cochere and some other small sections inside of the building which will require no traffic in the garage floors 2nd through the 5th about 3 days from 8:30am to 4pm.
