We will send eblasts, put elevator flyers, and if necessary for any urgent messages SMS text will be used.
We will also plan to schedule a Zoom meeting for those parking in the 5th floor garage. The zoom meeting is to educate on how to best navigate the single lane. During Phases 2 and 3, traffic will be reduced to a single lane. Navigating a single lane with traffic in both directions is tricky requiring cooperation and patience from all drivers. Please just yield to those further from the recess areas to keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Start Date: Phase 1 begins Monday, December 2nd
Vehicle Relocation: Vehicles parked in the highlighted blue area must be moved. Parking options include:
1. Keola Lai guest parking
2. Lower levels of the Keola Lai garage
3. Pacific Park Plaza (across from the Hawaiiana Building)
Phases Overview:
• Phase 1: Dec. 2 – Dec. 23 (weather permitting). Blue area vehicles will return to original stalls afterward.
• Phase 2: Tentatively starts Jan. 4, affecting vehicles in the yellow area.
• Phase 3: Tentatively starts late January or February, affecting vehicles in the green area.
Parking Assignments: Priority for resident garage and guest parking will be given based on valid needs (e.g., elderly, disability). To request special parking consideration, email: management@keolalai.com Remaining spots will be assigned via lottery. Those needing to park at Pacific Park Plaza will be reimbursed for the costs.
If you have travel plans during this period, please make proper arrangements to ensure your vehicle can be moved when required at any given moment. Vehicles that are not moved after your request will be towed at the owner’s expense.
